I Usage

FJL-PC-C series borizontal mono-layer plastic sheet extruder is designed to produce monolayer PP/PS/PE plastic sheet, which is used for making disposable water drinking cups, ice-cream cups, yoghurt cups, lids, dishes, plates and etc.

II Major construction features

It mainly used in producing mono-layer plastic PP/HIPS/GPPS/PE sheet.

The screw adopts big L/D (length/diameter) Ratio, equal plasticization and high plasticizing capability

Non-stop fast screen changer is controlled by hydraulic device, improve the production efficiency and operation is convenient

High precision distributor, cloth-rack T-die, constant flowing speed and force uniform.

Pressing roller uses worm wheel to adjust, the operation is convenient and high precision.

Rollers adopt precision mirror polishing, the heating temperature of the roller in the surface is equal, to make sure the sheet has even thickness, high quality.

Note: special specification and configuration of products can be designed according to customers’ demand.

Motor type screen changer or hydraulic type screen changer.

Independent motor control each roller.
