4. The whole electrical components are imported from Schneider, Mitsubishi, Omron, which greatly improves the stability of the electrical system and reduces the maintenance and overhaul
5. The printing cylinder is made of stainless steel 316L, which is precise and durable. Flexible design of the elastic range of the paper teeth, convenient for the printing of different thickness of paper at any time;
6. The exit paper board can be turned 90 degrees, which is easy to clean screen. Screen can be adjusted up and down, front and back, right and left position
7. Centralized lubrication control system: main drive parts are lubricated automatically, which can effectively extend the service precision and machine life. Most of the bearings are used from NTN and NSK brand

Automatic Cold foil & Hologram image transfer
UVY-104AC transfer machine is our company's self-developed high-tech products, the unit can be used with printing machine, UV coating machine, screen printing machine and other equipments to achieve the laser transfer process and cold foil stamping process, which saves the cost and space. The equipment has won a number of technical awards, suitable for cigarette boxes, wine boxes, cosmetics boxes, gift boxes and other high-grade printing

Cold foil stamping is a new technique to achieve metal effect, JLM machine was originated by our company in China in 2004 and with the first machine showed on Drupa Exhibition in 2008. Its principal is to coat adhesive onto a certain area of the substrate to be done with metal effect, then the aluminum foil film is pressed onto the substrate, thus the foil will be press on the substrate with adhesive ,after peeling off foil and paper, the aluminum foil to be transferred completely onto the paper substrate, to achieve the special metallic effect.

Hologram image transfer, which is also called HIT technology, is a new technique of achieving HOLOGRAM effect on the substrate, which was originated by our company in China in 2000 and with the first machine turned out in 2003. Its principal is to press hologram image film (hologram transferring film) on the printed paper (paper sheet) with UV coating, and thus leave the image on the UV coating (like signing fingerprint)
