British pendulum slip tester,Pendulum slip tester,Skid Resistance And friction tester
* The pendulum skid resistance tester used for measuring road surface frictional properties. This apparatus come with an adjustable pendulum arm and a spring loaded rubber slider mounted on the end of the arm.
* The pendulum skid resistance tester is raised and allowed to swing freely during operation, allowing the edge of the rubber slider to skid across the surface of specimen.
* The pendulum skid resistance tester is released from a horizontal position so that it strikes the sample surface with a constant velocity. The distance traveled by the head after striking the sample is determined by the friction of the sample surface. A reading of Skid Resistance is obtained.
