• V Funnel is used to evaluate the segregation resistance of freshly mixed self compacting concrete by the observation of the flowing speed measured by the time taken for a sample to flow through the funnel.
• The V Funnel test set consists of a stainless steel funnel placed vertically on a supporting stand. The discharge orifice is equipped with a flap to control discharge.
