Gas concentration measuring argon gas analyzer AR-2500, easy operation and high performance
Introduction
Argon concentration analyzer AR-2500 is applicable for argon concentration detection in various industrial
environment and special environment. It adopts imported electrochemical sensor and micro-controller technique. It has quick response, high accuracy, good stability and repeatability and leading level performance. Users can custom set up parameters with easy operation. It adopts high-capacity 4000mA NiMH
rechargeable battery of extra long standby; 3.5-inch high-resolution industrial color screen which perfectly
display technical indexes and gas concentration value; view historical data and curve chart. It owns many functions including printing data.
Feature
1. Adopts the latest ultra-low power consumption semiconductor nano-technology 32-bit microprocessor and
24-bit ADC data acquisition chip; owns the highest level measurement accuracy in this industry.
2. 3.5-inch industrial grade color screen with resolution of 320x480; automatically test the working status of
sensor, main chips and its components after power on.
3. Free switch among three concentration units of PPM,% VOL, mg / m3; automatic switch between high and low ranges; max detected concentration of 99.999% VOL.
4. Simultaneously detect 1~6 kinds of gases; freely optional sensors; simultaneously shows concentration of gases and alarm status on the screen.
5. With data storage function; can store 10000 group of data; can directly check historical data and curve graph on the screen.
6. Built-in powerful vacuum pump with pumping distance up to 5m; can work under the negative micropressure
environment; reasonable gas chamber design ensures the sensor free from pressure interference.
7. Besides detection of gas concentration, there are optional functions such as temperature / humidity sensor, microprinter, long-distance wireless transmission etc.
8. With functions of overvoltage protection, overcharge protection, short circuit protection, anti-static
interference, anti-magnetic interference etc.
Optional two kinds of detection modes of real-time detection and timing detection; timing detection can
measure the average value of the gas concentration within 30-3600 seconds.
With automatic recovery function to prevent breakage caused by any external or artificial factors etc.
9. Full software auto-calibration; sensor of up to six grade target point calibration; ensures testing accuracy
and has data recovery function.
10. Whole Chinese / English secondary operation menu; total standard 5-direction keys to operate on site;
additional 3 independent functional shortcut keys.
11. Full range temperature compensation function; with status indicators for power, pump, alarm, failure etc.

A: Dissolved gasses in transformer oil can cause arcing, corona discharges, and overheating-reducing the electrical efficiency and lifetime of the transformer.
