The process design of GC-7890SD transformer oil chromatograph is in full compliance with the People's Republic of China standard GB / T7252-2001 "Guidelines for the Analysis and Judgment of Dissolved Gases in Transformer Oil", GB / T17632-1998 "Gas Chromatographic Determination of Gas Content in Insulating Oil" and Ministry of Electric Power DL / T722-2000 "Guidelines for Analysis and Judgment of Dissolved Gases in Transformer Oil" related to the design of chromatographic processes. The machine is equipped with a high-sensitivity thermal conductivity detector, a hydrogen flame ionization detector, and a nickel catalyst conversion furnace, It can realize the determination of all 11 gas components dissolved in transformer oil: hydrogen, carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, methane, ethylene, ethane, acetylene, propyne, propane, propylene, and allene in one injection. Its performance meets the requirements of the gas chromatograph in the above standards.
