The roller crusher is mainly used for medium and fine crushing of raw materials. Such as coal, coal gangue, coke, limestone, sulfur ore, phosphate ore and other materials.

Sealed pair roller crusher is used in laboratory to crush coal, ore, rock or other medium hardness non-metallic materials. Used in coal, electric power, chemical industry, building materials, scientific research and other industries. The roller crusher belongs to medium and fine crushing of raw materials. The crushing method is the pair of roller extrusion. The crushed material should be brittle. The shape of the crushed material is mostly in regular flakes. The compressive strength of the crushed material does not exceed 60MPa, and the hardness is grade 3. Particle adhesion will occur when the moisture content of the material exceeds 6%.

The machine uses two rollers to rotate relatively to crush the material that enters the crushing chamber, and then passes through the gap between the two rollers to enter the hopper. The equipment has a large crushing ratio, adjustable output granularity, few procedures and high production efficiency. It has the characteristics of beautiful appearance, compact structure, convenient adjustment, and uniform particle size of the crushed samples. The surface of the roller is specially processed and does not stick coal. There are two types of smooth roller and tooth roller for users to choose. The counter-roller is carbon-bonded steel after heat treatment, the hardness is medium. This machine has reasonable design structure,
convenient maintenance and simple operation. Sealed design, no pollution.
