Introduction

TP-1001 CT PT comprehensive tester is a new generation CTPT tester. It adopts high performance DSP and FPGA and advanced manufacture craft to ensure stable and reliable performance, complete functions, high automation, high test efficiency. It is a professional test instrument used for the mutual inductors in electrical industry.

Featuress

1.With complete functions. It can meet test requirements for various CT (such as protection kind, metering kind, TP kind) of excitation characteristic (volt-ampere characteristics), turns ratio, polarity, secondary winding resistance, secondary load, ratio error, angle error etc. And it can also be used for testing various PT electromagnetic units of excitation characteristic, turns ratio, polarity, secondary winding resistance, ratio error etc.

2.Testing CT on site doesn't need standard CT, booster, load box, voltage control box and high current conductor. It uses much simple test wire connecting and operation to achieve CT tests, to greatly reduce labor intensity and improve work efficiency, convenient for testing work of inductors on site.

3.Can precisely test turns ratio error and angle error, ratio error max allowable error ±0.05%, angle error max allowable error ±2min, can carry out tests of 0.2S grade, turns ratio test range of 1~40000.

4.Based on advanced frequency conversion method test CT/PT V-A characteristics curve and 10% error curve, output max only 180V AC voltage and 12Arms (36Apeak value) AC current but can deal with test of CT knee point up to 60KV.

5.Automatically give CT PT parameters of knee point voltage/current, 10%(5%) error curve, accurate limit factor(ALF), meter factor of safety (FS), secondary time content (Ts), remanence coefficient (Kr), saturated and unsaturated inductance etc.

6.Test meets various mutual inductor standards of GB1208 (IEC60044-1), GB16847(IEC60044-6) , GB1207 etc, and choose a standard to carry out test according to the mutual inductor type and grade.

7.Simple and convenient test. One button to finish CT DC resistance, excitation, turns ratio and polarity. Besides load test, the other various tests all adopt the same wire connecting way.

8.Dynamic graphics interface, and no need of reference to manual you can finish wiring and setting parameters. Dynamically display parameter setting and display its related paramters according to the current selected test item; dynamically display help wiring diagram, display its corresponding wiring diagram according to current selected test item.

9.Transmission reflection type LCD to be visible and clear under sunshine.

10.Adopt rotating optical mouse to operate with simple operation, quick and convenient, easy to control.

11.Panel comes with printer and can automatically print the test reports.

12.The USB flash disk can export test results and upgrade the program, convenient and quick.

13.Can store 1000 groups of test data and won't lose data when power down.

14.Equipped with background analysis software convenient for storage, conversion, analysis of test reports, and can compare, judge and evaluate the test data.
