Cable oil interfacial surface tension tester/ tensiometer automatic

IT-800 Cable oil interfacial surface tension tester/ tensiometer automatic is based on platinum ring method to achieve accurate measurement of liquid surface tension. It integrates many advanced technologies and is widely used in chemical, petroleum, electric power, railway, research etc.

(Platinum ring method is a traditional testing method which has been about 70 years. It is made of platinum wire with a diameter of 0.37mm to make a ring with circumference of 60mm. In the test, the platinum ring dips into the liquid surface (or interface two kinds of non mixing liquid ) by 2-3mm, and then slowly lift the platinum ring up, and there will form a film between the ring and the liquid surface. The film has a pull down force on the platinum ring, measuring the maximum force exerted on the ring in the lifting process of the entire platinum ring, and then converting it into a true surface/interface tension value.)

Main functions:
1. Adopt new generation powerful microprocessor, automatically measure sample tension value;
2. 10 inch 65K ((resolution 800*600) color LCD touch screen display, English menu operation for overseas customers;
3. After electrostatic spray treatment, the appearance of the surface becomes corrosion resistant, and more easy to clean;
4. With 25℃ automatic temperature compensation function, avoiding the influence of temperature on the measured value of tension;
5. Automatic zero adjustment, automatic measurement, calculation and display the experimental results, with memory storage function when powers off;
6. Lifting platform can be lift up and down automatically and smoothly with low noise and high accuracy;
7. Using magnetic tank closed sensor and equal interval multi-point calibration to improve the repeatability and reproducibility of measurement results;
