Crude Oil Water and Sediment Tester by Centrifuge Method

(TP-171)

Application
TP-171 is applied to test the water and sediment in crude oil by centrifuge method as per GB/T 6533 and ASTM D4007.

Method Add crude oil and toluene solution saturated by water of same volume into cone-shape centrifuge tube. After centrifuge, read out the volume of the water and sediment in the bottom of tube. Feature Adopt SCM control system for temperature control and speed control, all English operating interface, easy to operate. Aopts frequency control technology and digital real-time display of temperature, rotation speed, centrifugal force etc. Instrument configuration Programmable procedures, you can arbitrarily set the centrifugal time and RCF. Rotor capacity, imported environmental protection centrifuge. The variable frequency motor has many safety protection of unbalance, over-temperature, over-speed, door cover etc.
