Application
This sulfur content analyzer complies with ASTM D1551 and GB / T387 dark petroleum product sulfur content determination method (tube furnace method), for the production and scientific research etc. of petroleum products. It is based on microprocessor-based intelligent meter temperature control, with digital display of temperature, temperature correction function, and PID auto-tuning function. It is an ideal choice for the determination of sulfur content in petroleum products such as lubricating oil, crude oil, coke and residue, which is characterized by small size, reasonable design and highly automation.

Structures and Features The instrument is mainly composed of horizontal tubular electric furnace system, electronic temperature display control system, motor control drive system, time control system, air purification system, air flow control system and so on. Electric furnace is heated by the electric wire. Servo motor drive system allows electric stove to run smoothly, and it has the functions of into the car, pause, and restart. Two parallel mounted quartz tubes with straight grinds allow two specimens to be tested simultaneously, making two results once. The volume of the three washing cylinders which is used for purification of air, is not less than 250ml each. If the sulfur content of the test air often changes, the U-tube with activated carbon can be concatenated with the suction circuit. Air pump and air flow conditioning system can test the required air flow. The thermocouple, located in the center of the furnace, can accurately measure the heating temperature of the electric furnace, and can have automatic temperature control.
