Application:

It can be used to assess lubricant, metal, plastic, coating, rubber, ceramics and other materials friction and wear. Not only can satisfy traditional petrochemical industry user research, development, testing a variety of highgrade series of hydraulic oil,engine oil, gear oil demand, can also satisfy the new materials, new technology research development of user simulation evaluation test demand.

Features:

The anti-abrasion tester is suitable for comparing the extreme pressure performance of lubricating oil mixed with anti-abrasion
agent.

1) First turn on the 220V power supply (110V power supply needs description), press power switch to run the motor, use the random oilstone strip to thoroughly polish and wipe the grinding wheel with lubricating oil, then turn off the power. Place the cylindrical grinding block in the short lever groove of the tester and fix it.

2) Select a kind of lubricating oil to be put into the oil tank (suitable to inflate the grinding wheel 3-5 mm), and install the
oil tank and long lever on the machine (as pictures)

3) Start the motor, first run it, then add the weight load block one by one at the end of the long lever at intervals of time (2-5 seconds), record the number of weights, and turn off the power quickly until the grinding wheel stops, take down the whole stack.Remove the short lever and observe the abrasion scar depth, area, and roughness of the cylindrical grinding block.

4) The better the anti-abrasion performance, the more number of weights are added,the smaller the abrasion scar area of cylinder module and ellipse, the higher the fineness of abrasion scar. According to this, it can be compared with other test oil samples comprehensively, and the general contrast effect is bright.

5) If testing the mixture of anti-abrasion additive and lubricating oil, the anti- abrasion additive shall be injected into the
oil box according to a certain proportion, mixed with the original lubricating oil, stirred evenly, installed in the oil box, and
the above experiment process shall be repeated.
