TP-113 Copper Corrosion Tester

Temperature control points were used in the experiment:	40 ℃, 50 ℃, 100 ~120 ℃. temperature control accuracy: ±0.5℃.

This instrument is suitable for measuring the corrosiveness of copper to aviation gasoline, jet fuel, automobile gasoline, natural gasoline or other hydrocarbons, solvent oil, kerosene, diesel oil, distillate fuel oil, lubricant and other petroleum products with Reed vapor pressure not more than 124 kPa (930 mm mercury column). This instrument fully conforms to GB/T5096 "Copper Corrosion Test Method for Petroleum Products", and is applicable to ASTM D130 "Copper Corrosion Test Method for Petroleum Products".

The instrument is controlled by digital temperature controller. Through the stirring motor, the stirring paddle is driven to make the bath temperature uniform, intuitive and accurate. The instrument consists of an upper mixing part, a test projectile part, a bath and a control part. It has compact structure, beautiful appearance and convenient operation steps. The stirring shaft, paddle and bath are made of stainless steel. Temperature control adopts digital temperature control instrument and digital display.
