New or used oil acid component is the degradation product in use process of additive or oil like oxidative product etc. The relative content of these substances can be tested through alkali titration. The acid value is the amount of these substances in oil tested under specific condition.

6). Column chamber adopts unique tracking heating method to avoid contamination of detector caused by quick heating.
7). Equipped with a packed column vaporization chamber and a separate capillary specialized system. Excellent performance capillary split / splitless injector and tail-blowing system, easy installation of small-caliber capillary column, large caliber capillary column and various packed columns.
8). Power-down protection function, automatically memorize set parameters. Anti power mutation interference function and stopwatch timing function.
9). Over-temperature protection function, automatically power off and alarm when temperature exceeds the set upper limit.
Automatically stop heating if temperature of any one way exceeds the set temperature with prompts to show failure cause and alarm indication.
10). Gas stopping/leaking protection and prompts functions, maximize the protection for TCD tungsten and column from damage.
11). Fault self-diagnosis function. Show failure cause and alarm indication at any time.
