(1) Circulating Sampler (optional accessories)
The circulating sampler has the functions of ultrasonic, circulating, stirring and timing. The circulating system adopts the way of peristaltic pump, which does not pollute sample and ensures the accuracy of the test data. Laser Particle Size Analyzer has two sampling modes: micro sample cell and circulating sample cell. The micro sample cell is specially designed for some samples which need organic solvent as medium. The circulating sample cell is usually used to test water as medium, and the two sampling modes need not be changed, so it is very convenient to use.
(2)Powerful Software System
Laser Particle Size Analyzer system is a high-tech product which integrates optics, mechanics, electricity and computer. Data processing is accomplished by special computer analysis system software, and the output of test report is completed by printer.
(3) Unique Optical Integration Technology
Optimized anti-Fourier optical conversion design, combined with unique optical integration structure, makes the optical path more stable, long-term use, without adjustment; advanced mechanical design and processing technology, make the structure of the instrument more compact and reasonable; streamlined design, beautiful and generous, more convenient to use and maintain; effective shielding and anti-interference technology, make the electrical performance of the instrument more stable.
(4) High Sensitivity and Large Angle Photoelectric Receiver Array
The unique design of photoelectric receiver array effectively improves the resolution of the instrument. There are 71 main
photovoltaic receivers with a maximum detection angle of 21.5_and 5 lateral photovoltaic receivers with non-uniform
cross-arrangement, of which the maximum lateral angle is 70_.
(5) Long-term Durability
Using 635 nm wavelength and 3 MW power semiconductor lasers, the service life of the laser particle size analyzer is over 25 000 hours, which effectively improves the use and storage time of the laser particle size analyzer.
(6) Excellent H.Golub Distribution Inversion Algorithms
Laser particle size measurement system is based on advanced full Mie scattering theory, and adopts excellent H. Golub distribution inversion algorithm, combined with unique instrument hardware design, so that the test data can be more accurate and fast, whether single-distributed or mixed.
(7)Flexible Output Format
The output format of the report form is flexible and can be edited according to users' needs, including accumulated particle size distribution data and curves, interval particle size distribution data and histograms, and various typical particle size values.
(8)Complying with International Standard ISO13320-1
In order to meet the user's requirement for traceability such as accuracy and repeatability of test results, the laser particle
size analyzer fully meets the ISO13320-1 international standard.
