MUF-300 high-efficiency energy-saving intelligent muffle furnace is a new generation of high-performance mechatronics intelligent products for industrial analysis in coal, electric power, chemical, metallurgy, cement, geological exploration and medicine, scientific research and other industries and sectors. The instrument uses a microprocessor as the control center and touches the keyboard input. When testing coal quality, it can automatically complete the determination of slow ash, fast ash, Roga index, bond index and volatile matter in strict accordance with the national standards GB212, GB5447, GB5449, ISO 1171:1997.

The microprocessor is used as the control center, and the pre-heating temperature is automatically adjusted by the intelligent judgment method of the microprocessor, and the memory is stored to ensure the smooth completion of the test and the degree of automation is high. Using PID control algorithm and adaptive control technology, the temperature control accuracy is better than the national standard, and the performance is stable and reliable. The temperature control complies with the national standard GB212, GB5447 and GB5449, and has special heating procedures such as rapid ashing method, slow ashing, volatile matter, Roga index and bonding index. The performance is superior and the control precision is high. With self-selection program, the user can set the fifteen-time temperature control process according to the needs, complete a variety of heating curve control, widely used, and easy to operate. The LCD screen Chinese character display interface is adopted, and the human-machine interface is friendly. The test progress, time, temperature, and function are also displayed. The new high-quality ceramic fiber whole furnace has good heat preservation effect, fast heating speed, remarkable energy saving and energy saving. Compared with the traditional muffle furnace, it saves 1/2 time and saves 2/3 of energy. The overall design is reasonable, the service life is long, the double-turn center, the four-arm horizontal rotating furnace door and the new controllable chimney switch device are adopted, which is convenient to operate.
