It is designed and made as per the industry standard of petrochemical SH/T0251-93 Test Methods for Base Number of Petroleum Products. It determines and calculates base number of sample based on acid-alkali neutralization principle, perchloric acid potentiometric titration methods, and potential changes to detect end point.
