TP-MG Multicomponent Gas Analyzer Calorific Value Analyzer

The multi-component gas analyzer adopts analytical calculation method to quickly and accurately analyze the concentration value of one or more gases, and calculate the corresponding calorific value according to the concentration value. The multi-component gas analyzer adopts imported infrared sensors, fuel cell oxygen sensors and thermal conductivity sensors, and uses advanced digital processing technology to realize continuous, automatic and rapid detection of CO2, CO, CH4, H2, O2, CnHm, etc. online test.
The product has high measurement accuracy, simple structure, convenient operation and good practicability. It is currently widely used in the fields of steel, chemical industry, coal gasification, biomass gasification and cracking.
Note: Nitrogen basically does not have a chemical reaction and has no unique characteristics, which can be used as a basis for measurement. There is no corresponding sensor at home and abroad, so there is no way to measure

1.TP-MG type multi-component gas analyzer is an online continuous analysis instrument for as concentration. It can output electrical signals of 4-20mA or customized according to user requirements. It adopts Modbus RTU communication protocol and RS232 or RS485 communication. Mode and computer serial port connection.
2.The instrument adopts 320×240 LCD wide viewing angle display, desktop or panel mounting, convenient and simple installation.
3.Comes with a precision filter, which greatly improves the service life of the sensor.
