TP-9280 Gas Chromatograph

The TP-9280 gas chromatograph is a separation and analysis tool for multi-component mixtures. It uses gas as the mobile phase and uses column chromatography technology with flushing method. When the automatic sample preparation and injection device pushes multi-component analytes into the chromatographic column, the distribution coefficients of the components in the gas phase and the stationary liquid phase in the chromatographic column are different. The operating speed is also different. After a certain column length, they leave the chromatographic column sequentially and enter the detector. After detection, they are converted into electrical signals and sent to the data processing workstation, thus completing the fully automatic qualitative and quantitative analysis of the tested substance. 4. The column thermostat adopts a six-channel independent temperature control system, an automatic rear door opening system, and the temperature control accuracy reaches 0.1 ℃, making the equipment competent for a wide range of sample analysis.
5. The whole machine adopts modular design and can work in parallel with multiple processors. Contains 2 types of injection port modules (capillary column injection port and packed column injection port), 5 types of high-performance detector modules (FID, TCD, ECD, FPD and NPD), which can be installed according to customer requirements. And detector module (six-port valve, ten-port valve gas sampler, headspace sampler, thermal analysis sampler, cracking furnace sampler, methane reformer can be customized), support 3 sets of injection ports and 4 This kind of detector is convenient for users to upgrade later.
6. It can be directly connected to the computer to realize program control of the instrument inlet, column thermostat, and detector's heating and cooling. Under the condition that the customer is equipped with an automatic sample injection valve (or automatic sampler), a series of test procedures such as unattended instrument, automatic heating and ignition of the instrument, automatic loading method,automatic calculation of test results, etc. can be realized to meet the requirements of online testing.
7. Built-in IP protocol stack, test data can be uploaded to the on-site laboratory, department heads and superiors’ computers via the corporate LAN or the Internet, so that each department can monitor the operation and test results of the instrument in real time. It can directly connect with manufacturers through the Internet to realize remote diagnosis and remote program update of gas chromatograph.
