ZYD series transformer oil purifier is designed to treat insulation oil especially for transformer oil. It has functions of vacuum dehydration, degasification, filtering impurities, dielectric strength improvement.
Roots booster pump is combined with vacuum rotary pump for this ZYD machine, generating powerful working efficiency and removing water, gas, impurities more thoroughly and rapidly.
Due to its bridge-type design, it also can be used as an independent vacuum source for vacuum drying and oiling for insulation oil.

1.There are two vacuum pumps for ZYD. One is vacuum pump, and the other one is the booster roots pump which highly improve vacuum value to make the water content of the treated oil less than 3 PPM.
2. ZYD are equipped with an automatic Anti-Foam Control System to protect the machine.
3. The plant is equipped with built-in control and safety system which guarantees maximum operating security.
4. Minimised power consumption.
5. ZYD can vacuum electric equipment like transformers. Also it can be used to dry electric equipment and fill oil under vacuum.
6. Adopts double-infrared liquid automatic controller, pressure automatic-protector which make sure the machine works online continuously and automatically.
7. Adopts interlocked protective system.
8. Functions of working on-site, vacuum drying and vacuum oiling.

9. It can purify transformers running with electricity.
