Application of IP Water Rain Spray Test Chamber
This Test Chamber used to test anti-rain and waterproof performance for products, the products such as .steam locomotive lamps, wiper performance, waterproof bands, motorcycle instruments, defense industry, navigation systems, missiles, radar cone top, aerospace industry, IEC IP code specifications that need an additional discussion.
Features
1. It is suitable for UL rain test and 45° alcohol test of products.
2. This device consists of two parts: UL rain test device (3 UL nozzles on the top) Sprinkler test device (1 UL nozzle on the bottom).
3. The frame of this device is made of formed aluminum material, which is stable in structure and easy to clean
4. The nozzle holder can be moved, and it can be raised and lowered freely by the hand-operated stainless steel wheel device.
5. This device adopts UL laboratory nozzle, which is in full compliance with UL standards. 6. The bracket base adopts universal casters with brakes, which is convenient to move and fix.
7. The domestic brand "Hongqi" stainless steel pressure gauge is used to display the spray water flow (each nozzle has a corresponding pressure gauge).
8. The nozzle distribution of the equipment is designed in strict accordance with the standard
