The main function of UV aging test machine

UV test chamber can provide reliable aging test data to make the exact prediction of products’ weathering fastness(ageing resistance)., which is conducive to sift and optimize the formula. It is used in many industries, such as: paint, inks, resin, plastics, printing and packaging, adhesives, auto and motorcycle industry, cosmetics, metal, electronic, electroplating, medicine,etc.

Power control:
a. Blackboard temperature and condensing temperature are controlled by controller.
b. The rest basically use imported electronic components.
Uniformity of irradiance: ≤ 4% (at the surface of the sample)
Blackboard temperature monitoring: The standard Pt-100 blackboard temperature sensor is used to precisely control the sample surface temperature during the test.
Blackboard temperature setting range: BPT 40-75 °C; but the actual maximum temperature limit of the internal temperature protection device is 93 °C ± 10%.
Blackboard temperature control accuracy: ±0.5 °C,
c. Sink temperature monitoring: During the loop test, one test section is a dark condensation process, which requires a saturated water vapor that can generate a higher temperature in the tank. When the water vapor encounters a relatively cold surface of the sample, Dew will condense on the surface of the sample. The sink is located in the lower part of the cabinet and has an electric heater.
Sink temperature control range: 40~60°C
d, the test box is equipped with a time controller, the range is 0~530H, power failure memory function.
e, safety protection device:
Over temperature protection inside the box: When the temperature inside the box exceeds 93 °C ± 10%, the machine will automatically cut off the power supply of the lamp and heater, and enter the equilibrium state to cool.
The low water level alarm in the sink prevents the heater from being burned.
