             The semi-auto flat die cuter is one of the products manufactured by Huayin Company.It can process card paper,corrugated cardboard (>250g,<7mm).It is suitable for die cutting and pressing paper cartons and boxes .Especially,it's skilled in die cutting bench paperboards.The worm gear and worm drives the crank axle connecting rod.It adopted a holder paper feeder .The customers have amny options according to the product constructions.With a central PLC controller,it can fully automaticlly feed paper ,die cut,colect paper,display malfunctions,test,etc.The master motor employed a frequency converter control and a stepless shifter as a result it can work regulary.It can work regularly.It employed imported chains.Its main transmission bearing,frequency converters and electric switches are imported from Europe,America and Japan .They are characterized by fine performance,accurate precision and long life.

        The die cutter bottom pate and the cutter mold are designed securely.They can be easily moved and returned,which can help the user to assemble the printing plate quickly and easily.The pneumatic locker can accurately firm the upper printing plate.It will help the user save much time in doing so.

Paper Delivery Unit

        The paper delivery unit can automatically delivery paper in a good order.The secondary paper delivery unit without stopping machine can help it improve the production capacity.The sample unit without stopping machine can help the user to check the results of the die cut paper

The Electric

       It adopted PLC programming controller and converter.All the electric elements and testing switches are imported from Japan,France and Taiwan.They are precise and stable in performance
