Polyether polyol (abbreviated as polyether) is an organic polymer, which is composed of initiator (compound containing active hydrogen group) and ethylene oxide (EO), propylene oxide (PO), butylene oxide (BO) and so on in the presence of a catalyst through addition polymerization. The largest polyether output is glycerol (glycerol) as the initiator and epoxide (generally PO and EO are used together), by changing the feeding method of PO and EO (mixing or separate addition), addition ratio, Adding order and other conditions, produce various general polyether polyols.

1. Detergents or defoamers L61, L64, F68 are used to formulate low-foam, high-detergency synthetic detergents; L61, L81 are used as defoamers in the papermaking or fermentation industry; F68 is used in artificial heart-lung machine blood circulation Used as a defoamer to prevent air from entering. 2. Excipients and emulsifiers Polyether has low toxicity, and is often used as pharmaceutical excipients and emulsifiers; it is often used in oral, nasal sprays, eye, ear drops and shampoos. 3. Wetting agent Polyether is an effective wetting agent, which can be used in the acid bath of fabric dyeing, photographic development and electroplating. F68 is used in sugar factories. Due to the increased water permeability, more sugar can be obtained. 4. Antistatic agent Polyether is a useful antistatic agent, L44 can provide long-lasting static protection for synthetic fibers. 5. Dispersant Polyether is used as a dispersant in emulsion paint. F68 is used as emulsifier in vinyl acetate emulsion polymerization. L62 and L64 can be used as pesticide emulsifiers, as coolants and lubricants in metal cutting and grinding. Used as a lubricant when rubber is vulcanized.
