1. Feature
ZL-7918A is an intelligent temperature and humidity controller, safe and stable, convenient to operate, applicable for control of incubator, climate chamber, warehouse, and so on.
2. Main Function
- Power supply: AC100~240V 50/60Hz
- One temperature sensor (L=2M), one humidity sensor (L=2M)
- Setting range: Humidity 10~80% RH. Temperature 1~65℃
- Display range: Humidity 0~99%RH. Temperature -20~80℃
- Measuring accuracy: Humidityplusmn3%(under temperature 20~60℃). Temperatureplusmn1%
- Output control: 7 outputs (heater, aux-heater, fan, egg left-turning, egg right-turning, humidity, illumination)
- Output load: heaters le 1500W. Illumination le 100W. Humidity, fan and egg turnings le 1A/250Vac
- Hatching day record: the maximum record is 99 days
- Egg-turning control: Period: 1~999 minutes. Turning time: 0~999 seconds. Turning times: 0~999 times
- Ventilation control: Period: 1~999 minutes. Ventilating time: 0~999 seconds
- Illumination control: Period: 1~999 minutes. Illuminating time: 0~999 seconds
- Operation environment: -10~45℃, <90%RH without dew

3.Control
On/off operation
Keep[Lamp - I/O]pressed for 3 seconds, controller turns on or off.
Illumination operation
Manual: Press[Lamp - I/O], lamp turns on or off.
Auto: Every[Illumination period], lamp will be on for[Illumination time]
Temperature control
Main heater: When room temp. le P4, the heater is on. When room temp. ge P3, the heater is off.
Aux. heater: When room temp. le P6, the heater is on. When room temp. ge P5, the heater is off.
Fan: When room temp. ge P1, the fan is on. When room temp. le P2, the fan is off.
Humidity control:
When room humidity le Pb, humidity output is on. When room humidity ge P9, humidity output is off.
Egg Turning control:
Every F1, egg-turning output will be on for F2. Egg-turning left output and right output will be on alternatively.
Times counter for egg-turning: 1 left turn + 1 right turn = 1 egg turn.
When egg turn reaches F3, there will be no egg turning.
Ventilation timer control
Every F4, the fan will be on for F5.
Alarm control
When room temperature ge P0, buzzer alarms, room temperature display blinks.
When room temperature le P7, buzzer alarms, room temperature display blinks.
When room humidity ge P8, buzzer alarms, room humidity display blinks.
When room humidity le PP, buzzer alarms, room humidity display blinks.
The buzzing alarm can be cancel and restore by press[Enter]key.
Temperature and humidity calibration
When display room temperature is not accurate, it can be calibrated by setting F6.
When display room humidity is not accurate, it can be calibrated by setting F7.
Incubated days
Incubated days is recorded (parameter FF).
To make use of the data, it is necessary to clear the record before starting every incubating.
