Product Introduction

The JYJXC-3000 type has pole reinforced contact relay is used as a pole-changing relay in the switch circuit.

Features

1. The relay is designed according to the needs of the bistable circuit in the signal circuit. Permanent magnets are added to the magnetic circuit system of the relay, so that the relay has two stable states of positioning and reverse due to the different polarity of the current in the coil. These two stable states can continue to be maintained after the current in the coil disappears.

2. It adopts silver-silver cadmium oxide contact, which has the characteristics of strong anti-adhesion and low contact resistance.

3. The magnetic circuit adopts electromagnetic pure iron material with small residual magnetism, and a stop piece is installed at the closed position of the armature and the iron core to ensure the minimum air gap of the magnetic circuit, prevent the magnetization of the ferromagnetic parts of the magnetic circuit, and ensure the reliable fall of the relay.

4. The contact system is composed of ordinary contacts and reinforced contacts. There are two sets of reverse common contacts, two sets of positioning and reverse conversion reinforced contacts with arc-extinguishing magnets.

The strengthened contact of the relay is specially designed for turning on the high current of the switch point machine.

5. The rated voltage of the relay is DC 80V.

Installation method

The relay socket is installed on the combination frame (cabinet) with bolts, and the relay is inserted into the socket horizontally and clamped with a hanging spring.
