Vacuum casting---technical principle
Vacuum complex mode refers to the use of the existingprototype, through making a silicone mold, using silicone mode under vacuum pouring liquid resin, copy the prototype.Because there are so many types of liquid resin, performance is different, so can through this method to obtain all kinds of products with different properties of the material.
Silicone rubber, also called TPU, shore hardness is 20 to 90℃.
Natural color is red and blue, don't need to be painted, the color can be customized.
ABS- like in painting matt.
ABS-like material in painting, as long as you give us pantone code, it can be any color you like.
