Product Description
The main component of the welding wire is ultra-low C-18Cr-8Ni. with JQ•SJ601 special alkaline sintered flux for stainless steel and heat-resistant steel, the deposited metal has good mechanical properties, intergranular corrosion resistance and good crack resistance. Due to the low carbon content, the corrosion resistance is more excellent.
Widely used in petrochemical industries, such as welding of materials 022Cr18Ni9 (SUS 304L).

Attention:
1. The temperature between the weld passes is recommended to be controlled at about 150°C. Pay attention to the control of welding heat input when multi-pass multi-layer welding is performed in small and medium-sized specifications.
2. The rust, moisture, oil, dust, etc. on the welding part must be cleaned up.
3. The flux must be baked at 300~350℃ for 2h before use.
