EVS developed our Intelligent Screwing Work Station based on our self-developed integrated control system. The appearance is generous and simple, with high integration, high precision, high flexibility, and other characteristics, to meet the automation application needs of industry customers. It is flexible, modular design with strong versatility, high efficiency, low defect rate, simple operation, greatly reduce hardware and software cost for screwing machine.

This intelligent screwing work station consists of SCARA mechanical arm, CCD vision system, and intelligent control system, conveyor system, etc. There are three types of the screwing work station: embedded type, desktop type( semi-automatic), real-time type(fully automatic).

The real-time type screwing machine requires no fixture for positioning, it can compatible with multiple

products, and can adopt to the existing line easily.

The desktop type screwing machine can realize human-machine cooperation, it is with dual vision

positioning, no manual teaching needed, it is with high efficiency, strong versatility.

The embedded type screwing machine is with visual positioning of incoming materials, plug and play

function, modular configuration, can be connected with any production line.
