HM-J1325 is equipped with double stepper motors, steel belt, Taiwan Hiwin linear guide rail, USA II-VI mirror and lens. It also combine with the fixed optical path of laser beam, which improves greatly the working efficiency of HM-J1325.

In short, HM-J1325 is an ideal and economic choice if you want to cut metallic and non-metallic materials.

3. Worktable Worktable is milled by our own large CNC planer type milling machine, processed by 600℃ high temperature and 24 hours water cooling, which ensures the worktable is on the same level, so that laser beam optical path will be on the same level too. The deviation is within 0.01mm. And the worktable will be hard to be out of shape during a longer period working.
The more precise the laser beam optical path is, the more efficient and straight the laser cutting will be.

4. We apply special welding & strengthening structure and China best SPCC as the material in our machine body, the design makes this machine can run stabler and reduce the friction of guide rail & belt resulted from machine body shaking.
So the cutting precision of this machine is higher and after years, it could be as high as that cutting precision at the beginning too.

5. Machine core parts are first-class. Such as RECI or Joylaser laser tube, Leadshine stepper motor, Taiwan HIWIN guide rail, USA II-VI lens and mirror.

6. Auto-focus laser head
The laser head with a sensor can adjust the distance between the material and laser head automatically and keep the focus stable. In addition,the function of anti-collision protection ensures laser head's safety.

7. Belt cover can shelter the steel belts from the dust, which increases the lifespan of belts and keep the cutting accuracy high during a long using time.
And automatic lubrication device can fill oil with the guide rail that makes machine run smoothly.

8. Fixed delivery of laser optics beam (necessary for cutting galvanized sheet)
Compared with traditional flying laser optics beam delivery, HM-J1325 adds 2 mirror bases(the third and fourth base as shown in the picture below) and 2.mirrors. This design greatly improves the cutting precision and make the cutting result when the laser head is near the laser source as good as when the laser head is far away from the laser source.

9. Cooling system not only for laser tube but also for focus lens & reflective mirrors, this design could reduce the temperature on the surface of lens & mirrors when the laser beam passes them, which greatly improves the absorption of lens & mirrors for laser power. So when the laser beam touches the material and cuts it, the final laser power is still as big as the laser power at the beginning when it was launched from the laser tube.
