1.Worktable is milled by our own large CNC gantry milling machine, processed by 600℃ high temperature and 24 hours water cooling, which ensures the worktable is on the same level, so that laser beam optical path will be on the same level too. The deviation is within 0.01mm. The more precise the laser beam optical path is, the more efficient and straight the laser cutting will be. In China, only a few of manufacturers of laser cutters have their own large CNC milling machine. Each set is worth over $190,000. And we have two sets of this device. This is the assurance of cutting precision!

2.We have our own sheet metal factory where the machine body is made by ourselves, not outsourced, so we could control the quality well. In our sheet metal factory, there are many CNC processing devices such as 2 sets of large heavy-duty CNC planer type milling machine, 1 set of Japan Amada CNC punching machine, 1 set of CNC press brake.

3.We apply special welding & strengthening structure and China best SPCC as the material in our machine body, the design makes this machine can run stabler and reduce the friction of guide rail & belt resulted from machine body shaking. So the cutting precision of this machine is higher and after years, it could be as high as that cutting precision at the beginning too.

4.Machine core parts are first-class. Such as RECI or Joylaser laser tube, Leadshine stepper motor, South Korea Winnertek guide rail and steel belt , USA II-VI lens and mirror.
