Equipment Introduction

MNSW18 sand roller rice mill for brown rice milling equipment for rice white rice milling process used in the factory, in a joint open rough grinding of white with brown rice in rice milling equipment.

Brown rice by the feed hopper after white flow regulating mechanism into the grinding chamber, sand is sand screw head to roll along the spiral forward roll surface, according to a certain line speed rotating sharp sand, emery sand roller surface grinding cutting surface layer of brown rice, and makes the grain of rice and grain of rice, rice and rice sieve rubbing against each other, make its rough grinding white, at the same time, through the suction effect, forcing from rice bran powder.

Equipment Structure

1. The sand roll rice whitener is composed of feed hopper, milling chamber, machine seat and fan.

2. The feed hopper assembly is composed of hopper, hopper seat, flow adjuster gate, inserting plate etc. and is fixed on the bearing seat of intake stage.

3. The milling chamber is composed of machine stander, main shaft of sand roll, screw propeller, sand roll, bearing seat of intake stage, rice sieve, rice sieve strip, pressure door and so on.

4. The machine seat assembly is composed of machine seat, side door and bran collecting hopper.

5. The fan assembly is composed of fan casing, expeller, motor etc. and mounted at back side of the machine seat.

Installation, Operation and Maintenance

1. The foundation for installing this machine shall be firm (cement or timer) and its level shall be corrected.

2. The rotating direction shall conform to the direction pointed by arrow on the mark plate, that is clock-wise rotation in face of belt pulley on the machine stander.

3. Before starting the machine, completely close the complete starting and closing gate, check equipment for material or foreign matters in it which can influence starting of the equipment. It is better to turn the driving pulley by hand. There should not be any sticking. If there is any sticking, it must be eliminated.

4. After the machine started, wait for normal idle running, then open the gate, note that the power load may not be exceeded when adjusting flow rate and precision (an individual ampere meter should be connected on the obvious ground ), the weight at the pressure door shall be adjusted according to the variety of materials and the required precision.

5. The inlet end of rice sieve is easily worn and can be turned front end to back end. When sand roll diameter becomes small by wearing, the pressure strips for rice knives should be thickened in order to keep rational radial air flow.

6. The screw propeller, sand roll, inlet and outlet linings, rice sieve and knives etc. shall be replaced when they are worn and influence the output.
