Application
TYL Coalescence separation Turbine Oil Filtration machine adopts precision filtration and coalescence separation dehydration technology, this purification system can remove free water, emulsified water and impurities to restores oil cleanliness and can make used and emulsified turbine oil to new oil. It can break all the oil-water emulsification structure through the particle high precision filtration system. after treatment, the oil ensure the cleanliness to meet the standard.

Features

1.It adopts oil-water separation filter. The filter does not require heating, which improves the dehydration efficiency 20 times than other forms of oil filter.

2.Since it is not heated, the additives in the oil will not crack or deteriorate.

3.Due to the simple operation and automatic running of online water release, the machine can operate without guard.

4.Low operating cost. The cost is 20-40% lower than vacuum oil filter, centrifuge, and ordinary oil filter.

5.Automatic alarm for errors. It will automatically alarm and prompt the operation methods when the operation is abnormal and needs maintenance.

6.Automatic shutdown in case of crisis during operation.

7.The operation screen can display system status,including current and historical operation data.

1). Particulate Filter System:
High-efficiency filter media filter, big filtration area design, which can effectively filter out impurities in very fine particles, so that the oil reached a high of cleanliness.
2). Coalescing system:
equips consisting of coalescing filter, free water in the oil and emulsified water through the filter after being coalesce into larger droplets, and then rely on gravity role sinking down to the water storage tank.
3). Separation System:
Separation filter in the separation system is made by special hydrophobic material, when the oil through the filter, the water droplets are blocked in the outer surface of the filter, coalescing with each other by gravity until settlement to the water storage tank.
4). Drainage System:
Separated water is stored in the water storage tank, when the height of the interface to reach the set value, the valve opens and the water discharges, until reduced to below the liquid surface, then the valve closed and the drainage stopped.
