Irregular Shaped Sachet Packaging Machine
Suitable for packaging laundry liquid, soy sauce, vinegar, milk, mineral water, edible oil, fruit juice, carbonated beverage,chemical liquid, liquid pesticide, insecticide, etc.
Pump filler is made of 304 stainless steel for food contacting.
The filling capacity of pump filler is adjustable for measuring different volume of products by adjust the valve opening and closing time ;
This pump filler is availible for liquid, such as water, oil, liquid milk, tomato paste, honey and other kind of sauce.
The machine's operating instructions are programmed into the PLC controller,and then we can easily set parameters and control the machine on the touchscreen.the machine is equipped with frequency converter to adjust machine running speed at will;
PID temperature controller to control the sealing temperature accurately;
Fault-self diagnosis function can display the machine fault on touch screen for quick
troubleshooting.
The machine can make the plastic film into bags, which saves at least 30% package cost instead of buying pre-made bags;
Date printer is available to be equipped on this machine for printing production date on bags;
The position of the bag cut can be according to position of the color code detected.
The temperature of the horizontal and vertical sealing controlled separately, which can ensure sealing tightly for different material's thickness.
Package material feeding driven by Inverter motor, which can run stable to make a beautiful sachets and the running speed can be adjust at will.
