Product Description
White Corundum Powder F400 F600 F800
AL2O3 alumina polishing powder is a white abrasive made from industrial alumina powder (Al2O3) with a content of over 98% and a small amount of iron oxide and silicon oxide. It is a white abrasive which is melted at high temperature. Its hardness is slightly higher than that of brown corundum and its toughness is slightly lower. It is made by smelting and cooling above 2000 degrees in arc, grinding and shaping, removing iron by magnetic separation, and sieving into many kinds of granularity. It is compact in texture, high in hardness, and sharp in shape.
The micro powder of white fused alumina from Haixu Abrasives are produced with acid wash and water pickled process, so it will get a more purity powder. Comparing with the ones with milling production, Acid pickled WFA powder has better size distribution which is suitable for making ceramic membrane tubes, honing stone, even for skin cleaning.
· High hardness and dense particles. Single-particle roundness is good.
· The color is pure white, with no impurities, to ensure the wear-resistant layer or wear-resistant paper color and transparency.
· Uniform distribution of particle size, single-particle shape consistent, with a small amount of wear-resistant effect.
· Excellent Chemical stability with high acid-alkali resistance, high-temperature stability.
· Low acidity AL2O3 polishing powder from HAIXU Abrasive is produced strictly according to FEPA and JIS standard, all products are tested and qualified before shipment.
· Low electrical conductivity; moderately-high thermal conductivity; good refractoriness and resistance to molten metals.
