Installation steps：

1. Before installation, the flange should be welded vertically (note: the water line of the flange is facing out, and the installation distance of the rubber soft connection between the flanges is reserved).

2. Use fasteners to connect the flanges at both ends of the rubber flexible connection with the flanges at the pipe end. (Note: Use diagonal method to press the nuts in parallel in turn, and do not press the nuts off-center. )

3. After installation, the rubber soft connection is tested by hydraulic pressure, and after passing water and weighing, the connecting bolts are tightened in turn by the method of step 2 to prevent local leakage.

Folding notes：

1. The installation length of the rubber soft connection is calculated on the outside side of the rubber sealing surface at both ends of the ball.

2. It is forbidden to carry out hydraulic test under the condition that the bolts are not fastened at all parts.

3. It is forbidden to open the connection bolts between the rubber soft connection and the pipeline during the test and operation stage.

4, prohibit the PRE stretching installation in the distance beyond the natural length of the rubber flexible joint.

5, the pipeline must have fixed support or fixed bracket, the force of the fixed bracket must be greater than the axial force. In vertical installation and overhead installation, the corresponding fixed support and force support should be installed at both ends of the product to prevent the work from being compressed and pulled off.
