What is the basket washing machine

The machine is made of SUS304 stainless steel material and uses stainless steel hot water cleaning pump, which can replace the traditional manual cleaning operation. After cleaning, it goes directly into the air-dry section for air-drying, it can meet the cleaning requirements of a large number of turnover boxes in different food enterprises. Tray Washing Machine How It Works

steam is injected to water directly for heating; the spraying nozzles are used in all directions, so crates can be  cleaned from different directions; there are three washing sections, 1st section by spraying alkali solution, cleaning temperature 80 degrees; 2nd section by spraying hot water, temperature 80 degrees; 3rd by normal water cleaning and meanwhile cool the crates before output; This machine is driven by chain so the machine works continuously
