Product Description

Our rail clip/rail clamps can be well used in the acid rain area due to protection level over 9. Before shipping to clients every time, all clamps need to pass the 120h test of sulfur dioxide. For materials of rail clamps, Q235 by forging, ZG35 of cast steel and QT500-7-cast iron are top 3 choices, based on our former production experience.

Rail clamps has two types-bolted(through-bolted) type and welded type.

1.Boltable rail clamp:

Bolted Type rail clip is made up of 2 parts: special washer, Clip with integral rubber block.

Bolted Type: 3224/ 3112/ 3116/ 3120/ 3124

2. Weldable Rail clamp:

The welding type crane rail clip, the welded rail fixing device, the steel beam railing device, the weldable rail clamp, no matter what the name is, the only one is to press the fixed rail. Usually welded on I-beams and sometimes on steel plates pre-buried in concrete.

The welded rail clip is composed of 5 parts: Nut, Hardened washer, Clip cap with integral rubber block, M2O Captive Bolt, Weldable Base.
