Maintenance

1. Single-phase motor with three-pin plug, inverted switch does not cut off the power supply, when maintenance , need to disconnect the plug, since the motor is equipped with starting capacitor and run capacitor, please note that the capacitor discharge;

2. The three-phase motor with four-pin plug, clockwise and reverse test after power needs to develop, witch to any position, diesel withdrawn from the draw tube is clockwise direction;

3. If you meet difficulty in starting the motor, running at normal operation or inability to stop, etc., mostly because of the wire is too fine too long between the washing machine to the power outlet and other causes low voltage, so you need to replace large diameter wire.

Filter Replacement:

When replacing the filter, need to empty the diesel in the washing machine, as follows:

1) The drawing-oil pipe and nozzle head pull out the oil, keep it not touch the diesel;

2) Open clockwise until the injector nozzle is no longer injection;

3) Open the reverse until the drawing-oil pipe is no longer injection;

4) Open the coarse filter drain valve, put the inverted switch to an inverted position,  discharge all impurities diesel, close the valve;

5) Open the fine filter drain valve, switch to clockwise position, discharge all impurities diesel, close the valve;

6) Open the fine tank to replace the filter canister.

Other parts except easily damaged parts are warranty parts (force majeure and man-made damage not covered under warranty).

Five months warranty from date of purchase.
