Process Diagram and Its Compositon

1.Induction furnace : It consists of the furnace body,frame and inductor.Outside the structure of the furnace is steel and inside it is the fire-clay brick and quartz sand.It is fixed on the base by the foot screw.

2.Continuous casting machine: It is the core components to achieve continuous casting which contains the traction system ,level tracking system,crystallize.

3.Output frame: It is set up on the upper part of the casting machine which contains the platform to support and the vertical guide wheel and roller.

4.Tension frame: It is set up between the output frame and the double-station coiling machine to realize take up synchronizing.

5.Double-station coiling machine:It contains the traction roller ,the coiling device and the plate.

6.Water cooling system: It is an independent water recycling system which supplies the cooling water for the crystallizer ,water jacket and the induction coil.Cooling method:Water comes in and out from the 2 holes.

7.Electric control system : It contains the power and controlling system.

8.Feeding system: Feed the whole piece of copper cathode(as the material) by the lifting device.

9.Temperature testing system: It tests the copper liquid and the water.
