Low and high precision

● Adopt sodium tartrate dihydrate as the standard of measuring water content accuracy inspection

Sodium tartrate dihydrate is a stable water content of 15.66%+0.3/-0.1 of the chemical substances, so the most reliable for high-precision inspection, supply tester as reference value.

● Heater temperature calibration (MS/MX only)

Optional temperature calibrator, calibration results can be output in GLP, GMP, ISO format.

● The standard revent-moisture software (MS/MX only) realized real-time graphic display

The software Winct-Moisture is a Moisture content analysis software specially designed for graphic display. When measuring the Moisture content, it can display the graph of Moisture content change and set the measuring program of different samples through computer-aided analysis according to this graph.

● Measurement procedure, measurement results storage function

Up to 20 groups of measurement programs can be stored, and different measurement programs can be called for moisture content measurement at any time according to different samples, so fast measurement can be realized and operating errors can be avoided (MF can be stored up to 10 groups,ML can be stored up to 5 groups). The measurement results can be stored up to 100 groups (MF 50 groups,ML 30 groups) and output through a computer or printer. Completely avoid human error.

● In line with GLP/GMP/GCP and ISO standards, with date/time, ID, calibration data and test record output can be calibrated and measured data record output, to meet the requirements of quality management and certification.

● Five kinds of measurement procedures

Standard mode: automatically complete measurement by setting high, medium and low measurement accuracy.

Automatic mode: automatically end the measurement when the water cut change rate is less than a set ratio.

Fast mode: in order to realize rapid measurement, the first 3 minutes after starting is heated at 200℃, and then the measurement is completed according to the automatic setting.

Timing mode: by setting the duration to complete the measurement.

Manual mode: the measurement process is operated by pressing the start and stop keys.

● Four kinds of drying procedures

Standard drying: heat up to set temperature directly after starting.

Asymptotic drying: gradually heating up to the set temperature at a preset time.

Step-by-step drying: different temperatures are used in different stages according to time.

Fast drying: after rapid heating at 200℃ for 3 minutes, continue to heat according to the set drying temperature.

Through any combination of measuring procedure and drying procedure can fully meet the determination requirements of different samples.
