Universal Halogen Moisture Meter is the most advanced new plastic fast moisture meter studied and in light of crack, bubbling and shrinking caused by much moisture in raw materials in the control of production, injection molding and moulding technology in current plastic industry, which has no moveable parts outside and needs not to set measuring sample and time.
