Operation steps 

1. Put the machine in the smooth surface, no violent vibration and indoor humidity is not more than 75% RH laboratory (the machine base plate and interior wall and similar content should keep at least 0.3 m) to adjust the machine base plate of the horizontal screw (to turn clockwise and counterclockwise to increase), will the machine leveling;

2. Connect the power supply (2 a) AC220V 50 HZ, open the power supply to the machine control table plate pull move upward position, such as normal electricity, the power light should be on (if not, please check the red urgent stop switch for press,);

3. Put the tested products (such as computer keyboard) on the working table, hold the base with the fixed fixture to make it firm, and pay attention to the clamping device as far as possible without interfering with the test;

4. Adjust the spacing between the key and the head, so that the head and key are in the right position, and the position of the probe is good when the head is pressed to the lowest point of the stroke;

5. Adjust the position of the head and the test piece;

6. Set parameters to the required parameters (set method according to after-sales engineer's instructions);

7. Everything is ready, press the start button, start testing, adjust test rate according to the test pieces;

8. After the test is finished, remove the test piece to verify its quality.
