Function

This Appearance Defect Inspection Equipment is a set of automatic assembly line equipment specialized for ice cream sticks. It consists of a feeding machine, an AOI inspection machine and a discharging machine. The feeding machine adopts hopper structure and is supplied to the AOI inspection machine; the AOI inspection machine conducts intelligent visual inspection on the online incoming products and judges whether there is defect or not, and classify different types of defects.

Features

1. AOI unit :

Various defects can be inspected, such as black knots, bark, contamination, bright knots, mineral thread, decay, color difference, side bending, thin material, narrow material , flat head, dirty head, adze head, hemp board , cracks, hard burrs, shedding burrs, soft burrs, bows, dead bends, corrugated bends, etc. The inspectable defects cover not only common defects in the Ice cream sticks, but also special defects.

2. Automation operation:

Feeding and appearance defect inspection are conducted automatically. And all defects are classified into 4 grades automatically ;

3. High stability:

The mechanism module, electrical control module, and optical detection module all adopt high-performance precision components to ensure the stability of whole equipment ;
