Extremely high steam pressure protection: When the steam in the pot is overpressured, the control system will immediately enter the chain, and sound and light alarm will be given, and the screen will display "extremely high steam pressure".After the fault is eliminated, press the reset button to break the chain.

Protection of water shortage in boiler: in case of extremely low water level failure due to pump failure or other reasons, the control system will immediately shut down the power supply of induced draft fan, enter the chain, and alarm with sound and light, and the screen will show extremely low water level.After the fault is eliminated, press the reset button to break the chain.

Ultra high boiler water level: when the water level in the pot is higher than the upper warning level, sound and light alarm will be given.Prompt "ultra high limit of water level in the pot", the display screen prompt drainage.Automatic recovery after the fault is eliminated, stop the pump without stopping the furnace.

Water pump motor overload: heat relay action when water pump motor overflows, cut off the power supply of water pump motor and stop water pump, realized by hardware.

Power failure: In case of power failure, the control system will immediately shut down the power supply of all equipment in the cabinet.When the power is restored, the cabinet will be in the off-duty state automatically.
