What is high efficiency energy-saving IR band heater?
High efficiency energy-saving IR band heater,named plastic machine heater, injection machine heater and extruder heater, can replace ceramic band heater,cast aluminum heater and stainless steel mica heater.
The Topright Brand IR band heater uses high-quality resistance wire, with far-infrared rays and far-infrared radiation tube, radiates heat to the screw barrel of plastic processing equipment. The sheath of the heater is made of thermal insulation layer and multi-layer nano reflective coating, which makes it have high heat conversion rate, good energy saving effect and low surface temperature. It is an advanced heater in plastic machinery industry.
2. The surface temperature is lower than 70 ℃, reduce the room temperature and improve the workshop environment.
