There are two installation methods for PSQ, one is direct mounted, and one is bracket mounted, as shown in the figure below. Users can freely choose according to the site conditions.

Direct Mounted

 The direct mounted type is to install the actuator directly on the valve and connect it to the valve stem through the connector (see the right picture) that comes with the actuator. The user only needs to process according to the structural size of the valve stem, and this connector can be connected to the valve. The appearance of the connecting piece and the keyway have been processed, and the customer does not need to process it. The dimensions of the connecting surface and flange are shown in the figure below.

The electrical components of the PSL and PSQ series actuators are rigorously wired and completely isolated from the transmission components, which improves the reliable operation of the actuator. The transmission components are driven by CNC-machined small backlash sealed gears, which have high efficiency, low noise, long life, stability and reliability. , Will not cause resonance of the actuator due to the pressure fluctuation of the process environment medium population.

The PSQ quarter-turn actuator is mainly composed of an electrical control part and a gear transmission part that are isolated from each other. The motor is used as an intermediate part connecting the two isolated parts. The gear transmission structure is a planetary gear transmission structure. The outer part of the planetary gear always meshes with a worm gear and does not separate during operation. This design enables the motor to be directly manually controlled by the handwheel when the motor fails or the valve torque increases unexpectedly.

The PSQ actuator has two threaded stop mechanical limits and two limit switches to achieve electrical limits. The stroke range of each steering can be controlled by the setting of limit switches. The valve opening is indicated by a raised display. , The unique torque switch can adjust the maximum torque from 50% to 100% to achieve torque protection to prevent the valve stem from being damaged when the valve is stuck.
