2.  Q:   How long the production will take?

      A:   If just a normal models for samples use,  our factory  will delivery proudcts out in 7 working days after receiving payment.

            if order with big qty,  after received payment, Leading time in 25 working day can be guaranteed

3.  Q:   How long for the shipment to desination port

      A:   Our loading sea port in Shanghai, usually  to southeast countries about 10days,  to North-america,south-america about               35days , to Eruope about 25-30days, if you want to know the exaclty days to your destination, pls  contact me by click here

4.  Q:  What shipping way suggestion ? by sea or by air ?

      A:  we advise the shipping by sea , it is more economic on shipping fee. How much the sea freight, pls click here

           if you want to ship by air , although you can get the products quicker, the more freight you will pay. In addtional, clients will              pay the fee for chemical testing and magnetic inspection. the totally about  300USD for each model, so pls consider well.

5.  Q:  What's the Payment way acceptable?

      A:  You can transfer by T/T. L/C,Westernal union,  Paypal.  

6.  Q:  How to  place  orders on line?

      A:  Discuss product details with salesperson---- Negotiate the payment,Shipment---- You draw the trade assurrance order/

           or salesperon help you draw the trade assurance order---- You confirm the order---- You arrange transfer---- Received                    payment --- Arranage proudction---- Arrange shipment by our shipping forwarder--- Order finished----We follow shipment --            Feedback to you --- Notify the ETA to you  ---- You customs clearance finally.

7.  Q:  How the warranty  ?

     A:  Normally ,all our proudcts warranty time in 12month,  if problems bring from manufacturing defects, our factory is                             responsible to supply you the spare parts for fee , and the international express fee was on your account. 

 8. Q:  Can be possible to extend the warranty time to 24 months.

      A:   Yes , if  you like to extend your warranty to 24 months,  you can pay fee for 10% of value of products to extend .

9.  Q:  Do you have MOQ requirments?

     A:   MOQ asked for  ≥5pcs ,  in special cases, pls discuss and negotiate with salesperson.

10. Q:  How much for the deposits?

       A:   Cargo value ≤ 5,000USD ,   required 100% payment transfer.

             Cargo value  >5,000USD ,   30% as deposit,  the remaining transfer finished before shipment.
