We first make mold, the lead time for these molds is 35 days. During the mold making, we send customers weekly report each week to show the mold progress. After mold finished, we had the mold trial and got the samples. Then our QC did the dimensional inspection and found no problem. We send customers 20 samples for functional and assembly checking. Then we got the confirmation and customer's order for mass production.
