A3. Sure. We usually provide existing sample for free. But a little sample charge for custom designs.We usually send samples by FEDEX,UPS,TNT or DHL. We will ship with our account It takes about 24 days to reach

Q4. How long is lead time of sample?

A4. For existing samples, it takes 2-3 days. If you want your own designs it takes 5-7 days, Anyway, we will response fast to your request.

Q5. How long is the production lead time?

A5. It takes 30 days for MOQ. We have large production capacity, which can ensure fast delivery time even for large quantity.

Q6. What format of the file do you need if I want my own design?

A6. We have our own designer in house. So you can provide JPG, Al, cdr or PDF, etc. We will make 3D drawing for mold or printing screen for your final confirmation based on technique.

Q7. How many colors are available?

A7. We match colors with Pantone Matching System. So you can just tell us the Pantone color code you need. We will match the colors. Or we will recommend some popular colors to you.
